Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups fresh green beans trimmed and cut
  • 1 can 10.5 oz Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 ⅓ cups French’s Fried Onions
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ✅ Optional Variations:
  • Vegan: Use homemade cashew-based mushroom soup & almond milk.
  • Keto: Swap fried onions with crushed pork rinds.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Blanch green beans in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain.
  • Mix soup, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
  • Combine green beans with the soup mixture and transfer to a baking dish.
  • Sprinkle ⅔ cup of fried onions on top and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Add remaining onions and bake for another 5 minutes until golden.
  • Serve & enjoy your crispy, creamy casserole!

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, add a second layer of fried onions in the last 5 minutes of baking.
  • Make ahead: Assemble the casserole a day before, refrigerate, then bake fresh.
  • Storage: Keep leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
