  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika 5 g
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano 5 g
  • 1 teaspoon salt 5 g
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper 2 g
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh herbs for garnish parsley or cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Rinse the frozen chicken breasts under cold water to remove ice crystals, then pat dry.
  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  • Brush the seasoning mixture over the frozen chicken breasts, ensuring full coverage.
  • Place the chicken breasts on the baking sheet and bake for 35-45 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature (165°F/75°C = fully cooked).
  • Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with your favorite side dishes!

  • For extra juiciness, cover the chicken with foil for the first 15 minutes, then uncover for browning.
